We have an opportunity to help Children & Families of Iowa, a nonprofit organization dedicated to improving the lives of children and families throughout Iowa. Mackenzie Foster, an AmeriCorps worker with Rebuilding Together has asked DMIEC to assist her with a service project to collect needed items for Children & Families of Iowa; specifically, for the domestic violence shelter and child development center. DMIEC members have worked with Mackenzie on building projects.
