Every third Sunday is DMARC Emergency Food Pantries Sunday. 

Before the pandemic began, DMARC pantries were already operating at a 10% increase over 2019 levels.  As the economic crisis surrounding the pandemic has worsened, pantry use has grown exponentially.

As this third Sunday is also an in-person prayer service at DMIEC, you may either mail your donations directly to DMARC or put it in one of the specially marked envelopes available that morning at DMIEC.

To send donation checks directly to DMARC.  Please write checks to “DMARC” and mail to DMARC, 1435 Mulberry Street, Des Moines, IA 50309. Please include a note with your check indicating that you are part of the DMIEC community.
